New Construction: Before the concrete floor is poured in the basement, a perforated 4" PVC pipe is buried in the gravel. This step is ideal if radiant heat is going to be installed in the basement floor.
New Construction: Radon vent pipe is installed during the installation of the HVAC and plumbing. This will allow the system to be designed as an integral part of the home.
New Construction: In-line vacuum fan is installed in the attic of the house prior to drywall and insulation.
New Construction: Fan can be located in the attic of the garage prior to installation of drywall and insulation.
