Radon Mitigation

Passive Method:
Seal identifiable and accessible radon entry routes such as sump pit, crawl space, cracks, and check the HVAC ductwork.

Active Method:
Install sub-slab ventilation system which is guaranteed to lower levels of radon to below IDNS guidelines.
